Minoo Mobin-Ventura, a designer who was diagnosed and treated for kidney cancer five years ago, understands the problems of finding a supportive, comfortable and sexy bathing suit. While on vacation in Miami, she discovered that no swimwear lines were designed to address the needs of women who have undergone cancer surgery, and have scarring or implants from mastectomies. Minoo created Belafigura (Beautiful Figure) to serve this large group of women who deserve to feel beautiful!
