Lights, Camera, Action!! Pink Jams was Rockin last night…With Betsey Johnson headlining the PINK Jams event The Long View Gallery a hot DC art Gallery warped into a hot spot and the place to be.
The night kicked off with a hot band Charm City Devils rocking the house with their cool sounds set the vibe for the night and of course 14 of the Washington, DC hottest designers created a one of a kind piece to the show. The night was glamorous, fabulous everything that was expected.
Belafigura was first to hit the runway with its sexy one-piece swimsuit and
matching wrap and an extra bling wrist accessory made
its mark on the runway!

Come see Belafigura models strut on the runway Wednesday February 24, 2010 at 6:30pm..This is the event to attend!!
Pink Jams! in partnership with the Greater Washington Fashion Chamber of Commerce presents headliner Betsey Johnson and 14 of the hottest Washington, DC designers in an one of a kind pink fashion show. Net proceeds benefit Pink Jams!, Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, and the DC Fashion Foundation.
Performing live is iTunes’ 2009 Rewind Best New Rock Band, Charm City Devils.
Each of the participating fashion designers (listed below) has created a signature garment to don the Pink Fashion, Rocks! runway. From hot pink accessories to elegant couture and everything in between, the pink garments will be available for silent auction immediately following the runway and live music show.

For three nights Crystal City transformed into a hot top fashion destinations that Milan, Paris and even New York couldn’t touch…with the ranks so high Crystal City was the center of fun and fashion during its second annual Crystal Couture event.
Belafigura participated in the second annual event, sponsored by The Crystal City Business Improvement District and it sure didn’t disappoint!! Crystal City started off with a bang with bright lights, exotic runway shows, makeovers, men and women in head to toe body pant, boutique and night club feel – featuring trunk shows, live theater, DJs, specialty drinks, food, comedians, dancing and more. Belafigura participated in three shows out of the week due to the inclement weather a mix of fashionable Swimwear consisting of Tankini’s, Stylish one pieces, and Mesh cover ups for young contemporary women and Survivor Designs for women with Breast Cancer.

Belafigura showcased and launched its first Resort Wear Swimwear line fashion show at the Saks Fifth Avenue Tyson’s Corner Galleria in Mclean, VA. Belafigura launched during Saks Fifth Avenue’s Key to the Cure charity shopping weekend with a percentage of sales from all Saks Fifth Avenue, OFF Fifth, and Saks.com benefit women’s cancer charities nationwide. Belafigura unveiled their line with a live fashion show and cocktail party emceed by Maimah Karmo, a young breast cancer survivor and founder of the Tigerlily Foundation. The event was also attended by local charity partner Dewberry Life with Cancer Family Center. With the overwhelming demand of the Resort Wear line Belafigura is pleased to announce that we have changed locations and is now available for purchase exclusively at the Saks Fifth Avenue in Chevy Chase, MD located on the Lower level in the contemporary department.
